This soulful vinyasa class is designed to ease your sleepy body into opening. With the breath and flow of a power vinyasa class incorporated with the deep, opening of a yin class, Wake Up and Flow will start your day right!
This open levels class is designed for everyone! Drawing from all styles of yoga, the class will focus on the basics of a safe, long-term yoga practice.
Yin Yoga (Rebekah)
Yin yoga is said to be needleless acupuncture. By holding each pose longer and allowing the muscles to relax, gravity is able to ease the body into a deeper level of opening.

Yinyasa Flowga Class (Constance)
Yinyasa Flowga is an integrative passive yet energizing asana practice linking breath with movement and a fluid balance between spontaneity and adaptability. With her compassionate and intuitive non-judgmental teaching style, this class is approachable for beginners but aims to keep the seasoned yogi on their toes!

Yoga Fundamentals (Open Levels)
Yoga Fundamentals offers the basics of yoga postures, which will give you the fundamental basis for a strong yoga practice. These classes focus on strength building and increasing flexibility while introducing elements of balancing poses and inversions. Basics classes break down the poses and flow inherent in Vinyasa yoga. It is great confidence builder for beginners, as well as an opportunity for those who have been doing yoga for years to re-connect with their practice.
Healing Practice Yoga (Lizzie)
Come practice in a safe, supportive, and openhearted community. Open to your breath, soften to your body, and move with your whole being. Let go of what is holding you back and open to receive the grace that gently guides you forward. Find healing in every breath, every movement, every posture. Practice mindfulness on the mat, so that you can bring the practice and life-giving benefits of mindfulness to your life off the mat. Students are encouraged to be open to different practices every session. Lizzie's classes include not only movement and meditation practices from the yogic tradition, but also from Taoist qi gong practice, Buddhist mindfulness practices, conscious dance, and deep rest. Bhakti Yoga w/ Loving Kindness Practice (Sheila)
This devotional soul inspiring yoga class will emphasize loving kindness and compassion practices....we will weave our compassion mettas throughout the asana, breathwork and closing meditation.
WE may flow, hold, restore, move energy w/ chi-gong....chant...definitely breath.....sing along with the harmonium....and more.. We will co-create together based on what is present each and every moment.
All classes will focus on deep connection, healing and compassionate relationship with one another and our deepest wisest selves.
