My name is Liz Kelly. I have been doing Zumba for 5 years now and I absolutely love it! I started teaching my own classes 3 years ago and I couldn't be happier. When I started, I was more than 100 pounds heavier than I am now. Thanks to Zumba, I lost that weight and have kept it off for 4 years. I am always looking to help other achieve their fitness goals no matter how big or small.

Zumba is a dance fitness class. We focus on Latin and world rhythms as well as pop, rock and just about any kind of music you can think of. It is a super fun dance party that makes you forget you are torching mega calories!
