Let's dance. Concepts will give students a variety of knowledge about the single hoop, double hoops, multiples, and other dance props. Moves covered will be hooping on the core, hooping off the body, and vertical hooping. All while incorporating flow and getting comfortable in the groove of your hoop!
You need no prior experience of any kind. You do need an open mind and willingness to learn, laugh, and express yourself. Hoop dance and hoop fitness is an engaging activity that burns calories, encourages weight loss and overall health improvement.
Who should attend? EVERYONE! This class is for women and men of all ages and sizes! Kids are welcome to attend this class with an adult present. Class will be different for every meeting and students are encouraged to attend as often as desired.
