BUTI Yoga fuses cardio, plyometrics, and tribal dance into a dynamic, high intensity yoga practice. Derived from the Marathi word "buti" meaning "the cure to something hidden or kept secret”. The goal of BUTI Yoga is to guide students through movement, nutrition, and wellness that supports the female spirit--transforming lives from the inside out and sweating with intention! BUTI Yoga will help openyour hips, mind, and spirit and will transform your body and soul.
Vinyasa for BUTI gives beginners and ongoing BUTI yoga students an opportunity to explore a vinyasayoga practice while learning modifications and the use of props. It’s the perfect way to begin or deepenyour BUTI journey and your week!
Core is a unique class experience that is perfect as an add-on for students wishing to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice. Students practice deep core engagement in socks to facilitate resistance. Restorative yoga asanas are used between the core strengthening sequences to help students stretch and lengthen muscles. Classes are 25-30 minutes in length. Please bring knee high socks.
BUTI Sculpt is a high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) class that uses sequences focused on buildinglong and lean muscle tone to sculpt and tone the entire body. HIIT sequences are paired with lowintensity static yoga asanas. This method enhances the burn of maximum body fat. Classes are 25-30minutes in length.
BUTI Sweat is BUTI Yoga without the high impact of plyometrics .
